3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use certain features of Godsplatform.com, users must create an account.

By registering an account, you agree that:

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendor responsibilities include:

  • ensuring product descriptions are accurate and truthful
  • maintaining accurate pricing and inventory levels
  • fulfilling orders promptly
  • shipping products according to stated timelines
  • handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • managing return and refund requests
  • complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and consumer protection requirements

Vendors are solely responsible for the legality, safety, authenticity, and quality of their products.

6. Marketplace Role

Godsplatform.com functions solely as a technology platform and marketplace intermediary.

The Platform:

  • does not manufacture, own, or stock products
  • does not take title to products listed for sale
  • does not control vendor inventory or product quality
  • does not guarantee vendor conduct

All transactions occur directly between customers and vendors, although the Platform may facilitate payment processing and communication.

7. Orders and Payments

When customers place orders on Godsplatform.com:

  1. The order is submitted to the vendor offering the product.
  2. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.
  3. Vendors are responsible for order fulfilment and shipping.

The Platform may facilitate payment processing but does not act as the seller of the products.

God's Platform reserves the right to cancel or suspend transactions suspected of fraud or policy violations.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are primarily the responsibility of the vendor selling the product.

Customers may request returns or refunds according to:

  • the vendor's stated return policy
  • the Platform’s Refund & Returns Policy

God's Platform may provide dispute resolution tools but does not guarantee refunds for vendor products.

9. Fees and Charges

God's Platform may charge vendors certain fees for using the marketplace, including but not limited to:

  • listing fees
  • transaction commissions
  • service fees
  • promotional or advertising fees

The specific fee structure may be described in the Vendor Agreement or related documentation.

The Platform reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.

10. Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that product listings comply with marketplace standards.

Product listings must:

  • accurately describe the product being sold
  • include truthful pricing information
  • avoid misleading descriptions or images
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations

God's Platform reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate marketplace policies.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors must not engage in activities including but not limited to:

  • selling counterfeit or illegal goods
  • committing fraud or deceptive practices
  • manipulating product reviews or ratings
  • engaging in spam or abusive communication
  • uploading malicious software or scripts
  • attempting to disrupt the Platform’s operations

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of God's Platform or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Platform content without authorization.

Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant God's Platform a limited license to display and promote their listings on the Platform.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

God's Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts if:

  • these Terms are violated
  • fraudulent activity is suspected
  • illegal conduct occurs
  • platform security is threatened

The Platform may also remove product listings or vendor stores at its discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, God's Platform shall not be liable for:

  • defective or unsafe products sold by vendors
  • vendor misconduct or misrepresentation
  • product delivery delays
  • product quality or authenticity issues
  • disputes between buyers and sellers

Users acknowledge that purchases made through the Platform are conducted directly with independent vendors..

15. Indemnification

Users and vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless God's Platform and Godsplatform.com, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • violations of these Terms
  • misuse of the Platform
  • vendor products or services
  • infringement of third-party rights

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from use of the Platform, users agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations.

If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they may be subject to mediation, arbitration, or legal proceedings as determined by applicable law.
