1. Introduction and Acceptance of Agreement
This Vendor/Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between God's Platform/Godsplatform.com (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual or business entity (“Vendor,” “Seller,” or “you”) that registers to sell products through the online marketplace located at Godsplatform.com.
God's Platform operates a multi-vendor ecommerce marketplace that allows independent vendors to create storefronts and sell products directly to customers. The platform provides technological infrastructure, payment processing support, and marketplace services that facilitate transactions between vendors and customers.
By registering as a vendor, creating a store, or listing products on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all related marketplace policies.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not operate a vendor account on the platform.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Agreement:
Platform
Refers to God's Platform and the website Godsplatform.com.
Vendor/Seller
An individual or legal entity that registers to sell products through the platform.
Customer
Any user who purchases products from vendors through the platform.
Storefront
The online store created by a vendor on the platform to list and sell products.
Products
Goods listed for sale by vendors on the platform.
Marketplace Services
The technological infrastructure, payment facilitation, and support services provided by God's Platform.
Third-Party Services
External service providers, including payment processors, shipping services, authentication services, or analytics providers.
3. Vendor Eligibility and Account Registration
To become a vendor on God's Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age required in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete personal or business information
- Successfully complete any identity verification or compliance checks required by the platform.
- Agree to comply with this Agreement and all marketplace policies
Vendors may be required to provide information including:
- legal name
- business name (if applicable)
- contact information
- payment payout details
- tax information where required
The Platform reserves the right to approve or reject vendor registrations at its sole discretion.
4. Vendor Store Setup and Responsibilities
Approved vendors may create storefronts on God's Platform to sell products.
Vendors are responsible for:
- creating and maintaining their storefront
- uploading product listings and images
- ensuring accurate store information
- managing product availability and pricing
- maintaining professional communication with customers
Vendors must ensure that all store content is truthful, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws.
5. Product Listings and Accuracy
Vendors are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their product listings.
Vendor obligations include:
- providing accurate product descriptions
- displaying correct product images
- setting truthful and transparent pricing
- maintaining accurate inventory levels
- ensuring products comply with applicable safety and consumer protection laws
Vendors must not post misleading or deceptive product information.
God's Platform reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate marketplace policies.
6. Order Fulfilment and Shipping
Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through their storefronts.
Vendor responsibilities include:
- processing customer orders promptly
- packaging products appropriately
- shipping orders within the stated timeframes
- providing tracking information where available
- ensuring products are delivered as described
God's Platform does not directly handle product shipping or delivery unless otherwise stated.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Service
Vendors are responsible for managing customer service related to their products.
Vendor obligations include:
- responding to customer inquiries
- handling return requests
- issuing refunds where appropriate
- resolving customer complaints
Vendors must comply with the Platform’s Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Vendor Fees and Marketplace Commissions
God's Platform may charge vendors various fees for using the marketplace.
These fees may include:
- product listing fees
- transaction commissions
- payment processing fees
- promotional or advertising fees
The specific fee structure may be outlined separately in the vendor dashboard or related documentation.
God's Platform reserves the right to modify its fee structure with reasonable notice.
9. Payment Processing and Vendor Payouts
Payments made by customers are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
God's Platform may facilitate payment processing but does not act as the merchant of record for vendor products.
Vendor payouts may be issued after:
- transaction authorization
- order confirmation
- applicable processing periods
Payment schedules, payout methods, and processing timelines may vary depending on the payment processor used.
10. Prohibited Products and Activities
Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing or selling certain products or engaging in certain activities, including but not limited to:
- illegal goods
- counterfeit or trademark-infringing products
- stolen property
- controlled or regulated goods without proper authorization
- products that violate consumer safety regulations
Vendors must also refrain from engaging in fraudulent activities such as:
- misrepresenting products
- manipulating product reviews
- deceptive advertising
God's Platform reserves the right to remove prohibited products and suspend vendors who violate these rules.
11. Intellectual Property Protection
Vendors must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Vendors may not list products that:
- infringe trademarks
- violate copyrights
- violate patents
- misuse brand identities
Vendors grant God's Platform a non-exclusive license to display and promote their product listings on the Platform for marketplace purposes.
12. Vendor Conduct and Marketplace Standards
Vendors are expected to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.
Vendors must:
- treat customers fairly
- communicate respectfully
- maintain high service standards
- comply with all marketplace policies
Unethical or abusive conduct may result in enforcement actions.
13. Suspension or Termination of Vendor Accounts
God's Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts if:
- this Agreement is violated
- fraudulent activity is suspected
- illegal conduct occurs
- marketplace safety is threatened
- vendors repeatedly fail to meet service standards
The Platform may also remove product listings or restrict store functionality when necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, God's Platform shall not be liable for:
- vendor product defects
- vendor misrepresentations
- product safety issues
- shipping delays or delivery failures
- disputes between vendors and customers
God's Platform operates solely as a marketplace intermediary and does not manufacture, store, or own vendor products.
15. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless God's Platform, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- vendor products
- vendor conduct
- violations of laws or regulations
- infringement of third-party rights
This obligation applies to legal costs, damages, and settlement expenses.
16. Compliance With Laws and Regulations
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- consumer protection laws
- product safety regulations
- tax obligations
- import/export laws
- intellectual property laws
Vendors are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax obligations related to sales conducted on the platform.
17. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising between vendors and God's Platform should first be addressed through good-faith negotiations.
If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they may be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings as permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada.
19. Amendments to the Agreement
God's Platform reserves the right to modify this Vendor/Seller Agreement at any time.
Updated versions will be published on Godsplatform.com with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
